Top location, near Center and stations, with a parking on site. Nice breakfast with Kaiserschmarn(I’m not sure I wrote it correctly but it tasted better than in a fancy restaurant I visited previously) Staff helpful and friendly, accepted our early check in without any extra charge

Close to trainstation (and with good isolation only the slightest sounds from the passing trains with an room at the trainrail side). City center at walking distance.

Position is perfect to visit Essen, bed was cosy and breakfast was rich and of high quality. Staff of breakfast are really polite and delicate.

Great room with a nice bed and a good specious desk to work on. The bathroom was modern and the breakfast was generous and included something to everyone's taste (including options for vegans). The hotel is on a walking distance from the central railway station. The subway station Bismarckplatz is closer though (U17 and U18).

Great hotel, central location, near to train station, parking availability, good breakfast, nice room, modern. I appreciate they always do check in and check out procedures at the arrival, you are able to pay and get your invoice immediately. The staff always ask if you need parking, if you want breakfast, how to access the free internet, times for breakfast. Very organised and efficient!

Very friendly receptionists, exceptionally clean rooms, 7 min walk from the station, smooth check in. Worth recommending if you dont mind staying a bit further from the old centre. The hotel is located next to the train tracks, however, we didnt hear any trains / great sound isolation...

The hotel where i stayed is excellent satisfied, pleasure and comfortable. The breakfast was great tasty. Bedroom was very cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and helpful. i will like to visit this hotel again and i will recommend everyone to visit this beautiful hotel

Great location 5min from the station, good room room it was large and clean, friendly reception personal and affordable bar.

The hotel was silent on the inside, no noise from the railroad. The staff helped us to offer us a room quickly, on arrival, although they had to do an extra effort for this.
